Once a year, I give myself the freedom to paint exactly what I want to. This year’s calendar is inspired by my work on stage, but even more by what happens behind it. Every illustration is made by hand in gouache and colored pencil, then scanned by me, so you get all the texture, depth and little imperfections of the originals. Each page leaves a generous margin, so when the month is over, you can carefully cut the illustration out and frame it. Twelve months to enjoy, twelve pictures to keep.
